Manoracheta makes best efforts to provide counselling service in professional manner while keeping in mind the needs and interests of service recipients. However there maybe situations where recipient may be dissatisfied with the services and ask for a refund of the money paid. The conditions under which Manoracheta may provide such refund of the terms and conditions associated with it are specified in this “Refund Policy”. Manoracheta will not under any other circumstances entertain any request for refund.
ABOUT PAYMENTS
All services offered by Manoracheta counselling are on a fixed/flat fee basis and are not subject to any deductions or negotiations.
PARTIES
The term ‘You’ or ‘Your’ refer to You as a Registered User and the terms ‘Manoracheta’, ‘We’, ‘Us’,‘Company’, and ‘Our’ refer to Manoracheta Counselling Services. Registered User means any person who has completed the registration process for receiving services by Manoracheta by payment of the requisite fees.
REFUNDS AND CANCELLATION
You will be entitled to invoke this Refund Policy only as long as you are a Registered User Your right to claim refund may arise in the event of the following types of defects or deficiencies on our part:
- Accounting error e.g. Your account was charged for more than actual number of availed sessions Defect in our services e.g. if You found the level of services received to be defective or unsatisfactory and company is able to validate the feedback given by you post investigation;
- If there is any dispute as to the existence of a defect or deficiency as mentioned above, the decision of Manoracheta shall be final.
- Any issue other than those specifically mentioned above, shall not be covered under this Refund Policy. If any deficiency in Service as reported by you is curable, Manoracheta may instead of refunding the money for services, at its discretion choose to re-perform the services.
- Refunds shall not be offered to “no-shows”. Individuals who do not show up for their appointment at the pre-booked time will be considered as absent and no show.
- Exceptions may be made in extreme circumstances, however, decisions made regarding this will be at our side of the management, will be final and binding.
- In the context of online sessions, a “no-show” refers to a client who does not sign into the Zoom Meeting (or accept Skype session call) within the first 20 minutes of session time.
- A session cannot be cancelled without charge, however, it can be rescheduled to a different time, as long as the request for rescheduling is made at least 24 hours before the originally booked time. Requests for rescheduling less than 24 hours before scheduled session time will not be entertained, and clients will be treated as No Show if they fail to make their appointment.
- Refunds will be furnished in case the session is canceled by Manoracheta, and if a reschedule is not possible.
- Customers requesting serial or repeated refunds may be blocked from making further purchases.
- For claiming a refund, the Customer should necessarily have the valid invoice of the session booking & ID documents of the customer who is seeking a refund, so as to be able to get the refund.
- Refunds will usually be processed in 5 business days to the source account (whenever possible).
CUTOFF- DATE
All claims for refund must be made by you within a time bound of five (5) days from the date of Your receipt of services. Beyond such period, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.
REFUND CASUALTIES
You can submit a request of refund through Your online account or email us on manoracheta.psych.health@gmail.com. The validity of the claim and Your eligibility shall be determined once we receive the claim for refund through any of the above methods. Submission of requests through any other ,methods shall not be entertained. Once the process is completed, we will communicate to You the extent of the refund and a tentative date by which You can claim it. We try to respond to any request of refund within 30 (thirty) days of receipt of request.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable)
Generally we take about 30 days to process a refund; from the date a refund request is approved by us. Delay in crediting a refund may be due to various reasons such as time taken by the banking process for reflecting the refund in your account.

GRIEVANCES CELL
- If you have any grievance relating to the refund, please write to manoracheta.psych.health@gmail.com Cancellation Our sessions can be pre-booked in advance and can be rescheduled 24 hours prior to the scheduled time of the appointment.
- Any request to reschedule within 24 hours of the appointment or failing to turn up is chargeable amounting to non-refundable cancellation of session.
- The desired person will need to buy the session again in order to book the appointment.
CLOCK POLICY
- We begin billing the session at the pre-determined time of the appointment. In the case of online sessions, please be ready for the session at least 10 minutes prior to the scheduled session time.
- If the party who has booked the session with us are running late for more than 15minutes, it amounts to 1 session cancellation only.
